An important meeting, an upcoming report to your boss… Did you ever thought that your lightning conditions could tackle both your well-being and your productivity? At LiBu, we started from a simple hypothesis: in the office where we spend 7 hours a day, we lacked sunlight and those neon lights weren’t of any help.
How much time do you spend to fall asleep?
When exposed to artificial lights, the human body loses the track of the sun. Our biological time trackers such as the blue cones in the eyes cannot regulate our inner clock. Added with the effects of the blue light emitted by screens before bedtime, the body doesn’t know anymore when it is the time to start secreting melatonin to help you get to sleep.
